There will be (7) grand prize winners chosen at random to win (2) tickets to (1) of the seven shows listed. One (1) winner will be selected per concert location.

Winner is responsible for transportation to and from concert.
Winner will be announced (1) week before each show on the Affliction website and Facebook page.

These are the official rules for the Affliction OzzFest Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor -The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Affliction Holdings, LLC (“Affliction”) - 1799 Apollo Court, Seal Beach, CA 90740.

Eligibility - You must be 18 years of age or older as of May 26, 2010. Affliction and its affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. All United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within ten (10) business days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined. Affliction reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Affliction, which are final and binding.

Selection - Winner will be selected randomly from the pool of participants. Odds of receiving prize is approximately 1:5000.

Limitation of Liability - Neither Affliction or it’s agents, employees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, as well as, their advertising and promotion agencies shall have any liability for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or goodwill. In all events, the sole maximum liability of sponsor and its affiliates shall be limited to the value of the prize(s) set forth herein.

Opt-In - By entering into this Sweepstakes, you are opting in Affliction’s mailing list and will consent to receive emails from Affliction.

Governing Law & Venue - The California courts (state & federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts.
