Sign-up and be entered to win tickets for you and a guest to see and meet Shinedown at the Carnival of Madness Tour in Casper, Wyoming!

There will be (1) grand prize winner chosen at random to win airfare for (2) to Casper, WY, (2) tickets to see Shinedown in Casper, WY, (2) Meet & Greet passes for Shinedown, and (1) double-occupancy hotel room for one night.
Winner is responsible for all other transportation before, during and after the prize period.
Winner will be announced (1) week before the concert on the Affliction website and Facebook page.

These are the official rules for the Affliction Shinedown Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsor -The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Affliction Holdings, LLC (“Affliction”) - 1799 Apollo Court, Seal Beach, CA 90740.

Eligibility - You must be 18 years of age or older as of May 26, 2010. Affliction and its affiliates’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. All United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within ten (10) business days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be determined. Affliction reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Affliction, which are final and binding.

Selection - Winner will be selected randomly from the pool of participant. Odds of receiving prize is approximately 1:5000. Odds of winning will vary according to the amount of qualified submissions received.

Limitation of Liability - Neither Affliction or it’s agents, employees, parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, as well as, their advertising and promotion agencies shall have any liability for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of opportunity or goodwill. In all events, the sole maximum liability of sponsor and its affiliates shall be limited to the value of the prize(s) set forth herein.

Governing Law & Venue - The California courts (state & federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the sweepstakes and the laws of the state of California shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts.
