PAYING TRIBUTE TO THOSE WHO HAVE PAVED THE WAY

Affliction’s Living Legends collection celebrates the game changers who have transformed their world; it honors the leaders who challenge norms, break conventions, and change the landscape. Every life tells a story, but few become Living Legends. Each vintage garment in the collection is a commemorative piece of art with the quality, fit and finishes exclusive to Affliction.

We are proud to announce a few additions to the collection. We have partnered with some of the most well respected fighters in MMA history.

Nate Diaz

Nate Diaz is a lightweight & welterweight MMA fighter in the UFC and the winner of The Ultimate Fighter 5. Nate followed his MMA career after his brother Nick Diaz, a former welterweight champion himself. Nate has had multiple Fight of the Night performances, and is known for his bouts against Conor McGregor, specifically ending McGregor's five year winning streak in 2016.

Cain Velasquez

Cain Velasquez’ legacy as one of the UFC’s greatest heavyweights is undeniable. His brawling, relentless style and one-punch power make him among the most feared – and most popular – fighters in MMA today. In a career that began in 2006, Velasquez had won 13 of 15 fights and scored victories over such notable opponents as Junior Dos Santos, Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva and Brock Lesnar. Although Velasquez had not been in the Octagon since October 2013, no one questions his status as the UFC’s top heavyweight, with or without a belt. Of his 13 wins, all but two have been a result of knockouts, and eight were first-round KOs.

Randy Couture

Randy Couture more often goes by “The Natural,” a nickname earned by dispatching some of the world’s most formidable fighters in the heavyweight and light heavyweight divisions over more than a decade of top level MMA competition. Couture first burst onto the MMA scene when he debuted for the UFC at UFC 13 in 1997, and ever since he has put together one of the most impressive resumes in the history of the sport.

For a man of extraordinary athletic prowess, Couture’s most striking physical attribute is his longevity. Though he frequently entered the cage against opponents half his age, Couture defeated a who’s who of MMA elites throughout his career, including Vitor Belfort (twice), Kevin Randleman, Pedro Rizzo (twice), “The Iceman” Chuck Liddell, “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Tito Ortiz, Tim Sylvia, Gabriel Gonzaga, and Mark “The Hammer” Coleman, winning the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship twice and holding the Heavyweight Championship three times.
