    Items not delivered is "MY" problem?!

    So tell me how I paid like $112.00 for some tshirts that never came, and customer services solution was for ME to contact fedex, which I did, only to be told by fedex that the shipper has to start whatever the trace is, then literally called back customer service immediately to basically be called a liar, that I had to do it. So here's where I'm at if there isn't some kind of resolution in the next 24 hours I will be contacting my bank to report this as a fraudulent charge.
