Every year I get my boyfriend his mystery bag which he loves and looks forward too. We have yet to be disappointed with. I do however agree with another viewer I have several of the cloth bags and prefer those over the plastic ones.
Also, you used to get a sticker, or a free item and you no longer get that.

I love the mystery bag! You don’t know what you will get but you know it will be something great! I will say in the past it seems like they try to give me things that match the style of things I’ve ordered in the past. I don’t know if they actually do this but it seems like they do! Either way I have not been disappointed except once where I hit a shirt that I had recently bought but they fixed that for me! The customer service is second to none!
