Return Policy

If you have any issues with any of the items you ordered and wish to start a Return, please see below for our guidelines and procedures regarding Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits:

Return for a Refund:

Enter your Order Number (without the AFF in front of it) and your Zip Code.

There will be step-by-step instructions where your order information, reason for the return, and printable shipping labels will be presented.

Please note, our returns are shipped back using FedEx return labels. You may drop off your return package to any location that accepts FedEx. For a full list of FedEx drop-off locations, please click here and enter your city or zip code.

Refund policy:

  • You may return most items within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
  • A $7.00 Restocking fee is subtracted from your final refund.
  • Some items may not be eligible for returns. These include: mystery bags, gift cards, and custom made-to-order items.
  • We do not provide refunds for international orders. If there is a problem with your international order, please contact customer service and we will try to come to a resolution.
  • Upon inspection of returns, any violations of our guidelines may result in any combination of the following: a partial refund, denial of a refund, or the item(s) shipped back to the customer. Affliction reserves the right enforce this policy.

Return for an Exchange of Item(s):

For exchanges of items of a different size and/or color, please follow the steps below.

1) Contact Customer Service via phone or email with your order number and note that you are requesting an Exchange. Customer Service will email you a return label.

2) Fill out the return form that came with your package and on the right side of the form, clearly list the product you are exchanging, the reason code for why, and the new product / size / color you would like instead. If you would like store credit, please note that you are exchanging for store credit. If you need another Return Form, please click here to print a copy of it.

3) Ship the item(s) back to us. If you use your own return label, please address the package to:

4) Once we receive any eligible return item(s) they will be inspected and processed within 2-3 business days. Exchanges may be processed for the customer during this time. If there is a partial refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment minus any applicable shipping fees.

Exchange policy:

  • You may exchange most items within 30 days of your original purchase.
  • All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags and accessories must still be attached.
  • If the requested exchange item is no longer in stock, Affliction will instead issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card instead. This will be sent to the original email address of the initial order.
  • Some items may not be eligible for exchanges. These include: mystery bags, gift cards, and custom made-to-order items.
  • We do not provide exchanges for international orders. If there is a problem with your international order, please contact customer service and we will try to come to a resolution.

Return for a Store Credit:

For a store credit of a returned item(s), please follow the steps below.

1) Contact Customer Service via phone or email with your order number and note that you are requesting a Store Credit. Customer Service will email you a return label.

2) Fill out the Return Form that came with your package and on the right side of the form, clearly list the product you are returning, the reason code for why, and that you want a Store Credit. If you need another Return Form, please click here to print a copy of it.

3) Ship the item(s) back to us. If you use your own return label, please address the package to:

Affliction Clothing only accepts returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased from our online store, www.afflictionclothing.com. All merchandise purchased from third party distributors must be returned to the respective distributor, according to their policies and guidelines. Merchandise purchased from Affliction Clothing retail locations can be returned/exchanged at any Affliction Clothing retail location.
