Ordered 12/17/2024. Its 12/28. According to reps and order confirmation, items are shipped 1-2 days after purchase. Called left messages and emailed (which states they will respond in 1-2 day), no response. So, be weary of ordering from this site. Literally, just out of $158 and having to spend more to get my child his christmas present. All the size and comfort options were randomly selected because you cannot leave a review without selecting something.
